Because of the heat and the fact that we didn't hydrate well (and because I was really sick a few days before), we took it really easy on this one. Probably should have snagged #54 and #31 en route to #63 (instead of #47). We also planned on nabbing #68 at the end, but we forgot to account for all of the stoplights in downtown, which almost caused us to be late! I wouldn't be surprised if we're the only team who didn't get #68.
Here's a fun anecdote. Nick and I were heading southbound from #52 to #108, and we passed a northbound team. One of the guys on their team looked really familiar, and it took me a few paces to remember where I knew him from. Right when I figured it out, I turned back to say something, and at that moment, he yelled back "Did you go to KU?" I replied "Yeah!" and we kept going our separate ways. Turns out, it was Dave Meall, a guy that I gave campus tours with back in college in Kansas.
